About This Project
• Analyzed the spread of COVID-19 across various regions depending on weather conditions
• Researched the mean incubation period from infection with SARS-COV2 to onset of symptoms
• Predicted the growth, recovery, transmission rate and mitigation effectiveness using machine learning

Project Walkthrough
I have worked in collaboration with CALIBRE DTU, a research-based team in Delhi Technological University during the summers awhile coronavirus pandemic. I Worked on a research topic named impact of meteorological parameters on COVID-19 outbreak in Delhi using machine learning techniques and written a paper on it which is under the review process. We correlated the dependency of weather parameters with the COVID-19 in Delhi using the Pearson correlation test. Applied various regression-based methods to predict the spread, transmission rate, growth rate and recovery rate for COVID-19. The major contributions of our research work included determination of a mean incubation period of 12 days from onset of the disease and on analyzing our observations, commented on the airborne nature of COVID-19.
